So this video above will NOT be a video where I am mourning the loss of Kobe Bryant. This video above is going to be me discussing the RAPE case that was dismissed and how people seem to forget what happened and how he strangled a 19 year old young lady.

Yeah, I know, you probably loved him and worshiped the ground he walked on, but in reality, that’s rather naive and that’s why I typically don’t like sports figures because they get diplomatic immunity from their peers and their fans.

Also, here is an excerpt from the statements given in the rape case.
Eagle County Sheriff investigators first confronted Bryant with the sexual assault accusation on July 2. During the July 2003 interview with investigators, Bryant initially told investigators that he did not have sexual intercourse with his accuser, a 19-year-old woman who worked at the hotel where Bryant was staying. When the officers told Bryant that she had taken an exam that yielded physical evidence, such as semen, Bryant admitted to having sexual intercourse with her, but stated that the sex was consensual. When asked about bruises on the accuser’s neck, Bryant admitted to “strangling” her during the encounter, stating that he held her “from the back” “around her neck”, that strangling during sex was his “thing” and that he had a pattern of strangling a different sex partner (not his wife) during their recurring sexual encounters. When asked how hard he was holding onto her neck, Bryant stated, “My hands are strong. I don’t know.” Bryant stated that he assumed consent for sex because of the accuser’s body language such as her kissing him, putting her hand on his penis, and bending over, but that he did not explicitly ask for her consent during the encounter. Bryant later said that he believed his accuser was capable of saying no because during the encounter he asked her if he could “cum on her face”, and she said no.

That’s just a clip of what he ADMITTED TO. He likes to strangle women during sex? Why?

This young lady was receiving death threats and eventually she decided not to testify against him. That does not mean that he is innocent, that just means that his attorneys are really good at what they do and that he has some insane fan base.

According to news sources this young girl received absolutely no money from him. She simply wanted an apology. There was no Financial settlement according to Kobe Bryant’s attorneys. So this was not about money.

He knew exactly what he had done to her.

The Kobe Bryant rape case has, in the annals of popular culture, been reduced to something of a punchline due to the aftermath—namely, Bryant’s $4 million, 8-carat purple diamond apology ring that he gifted to his wife, Vanessa. But what exactly transpired on the night of June 30, 2003, at the Lodge & Spa at Cordillera, in Colorado, may always be a mystery. Despite being charged with sexual assault and false imprisonment—facing life in prison—and tearfully confessing to committing adultery with his 19-year-old accuser, Bryant’s case never made it to trial. On Sept. 1, 2004, one week before opening statements were to be made, the case was dismissed after the accuser, who had been dragged through the mud for months by the media and Bryant’s defense team, informed the court that she would not testify. The woman had filed a separate civil suit against Bryant, and had agreed to dismissal of the sexual assault charge against him provided the athlete issue the following apology to his accuser, which was read in court by Bryant’s attorney:

First, I want to apologize directly to the young woman involved in this incident. I want to apologize to her for my behavior that night and for the consequences she has suffered in the past year. Although this year has been incredibly difficult for me personally, I can only imagine the pain she has had to endure. I also want to apologize to her parents and family members, and to my family and friends and supporters, and to the citizens of Eagle, Colorado

I also want to make it clear that I do not question the motives of this young woman. No money has been paid to this woman. She has agreed that this statement will not be used against me in the civil case. Although I truly believe this encounter between us was consensual, I recognize now that she did not and does not view this incident the same way I did. After months of reviewing discovery, listening to her attorney, and even her testimony in person, I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter.I issue this statement today fully aware that while one part of this case ends today, another remains. I understand that the civil case against me will go forward. That part of this case will be decided by and between the parties directly involved in the incident and will no longer be a financial or emotional drain on the citizens of the state of Colorado.

What you probably don’t know. The Kobe Bryant accuser comes from a WEALTHY FAMILY. She did NOT NEED NOR WANT HIS MONEY. She wanted an apology.

This video below is a LIVE VIDEO from my youtube channel where I discuss the SPECIFIC details of the case. The victims statements and KOBE Bryants statements as well.

I have better things to do with my time. However, THIS IS MY TIME AND I AM NOT PAID FOR THIS. I do this for FREE. So don’t give me shit. I have committed this part of my life to bring awareness to help those who are defenseless and cannot help themselves. When this 19 year old came forth with her story of rape, I wasn’t a blogger, therefore, I didn’t have the chance to discuss her story, but I will definitely make sure to make up for lost times. Her story deserves to be told.
