Roach was found not guilty of 5 counts he faced
On three counts of murder he was found Not Guilty.
The Beckerle family was left broken as the verdict came down. Anger boiled over as family members stood and yelled in the courtroom after court adjourned.
The prosecution was stunned and EPD Detective Brent Melton, lead investigator on Aleah’s case, was also visibly shaken upon learning the verdict.
How do I feel about this? I’m FUCKING ecstatic. Why? I knew he didn’t kill her. With all the evidence, there’s NO WAY POSSIBLE that this young man killed Aleah Beckerle.
I want justice. Not some fabricated witch hunt just to convict someone. His confession didn’t line up with the evidence. And it should have.
There was no climbing into the window and kidnapping her. He didn’t do that. I’m so sick of the lies.
Terrence is legally mentally unstable. YES He had sex with her body and that in itself was horrible, however, let’s not be swift to assign a murder to him. You’d be surprised how many people do disgusting things to the dead.
In my opinion, I don’t believe that he knew she was deceased. Yeah I said that. Because I believe Terrence had a mental disconnect And thought he was performing a sex act on an unconscious Aleah. Not a decaying body. Not for one second do I believe that he killed her. My gut said, he’s covering for someone.
