Alright folks I’m still gonna say this company is a SHAM. Not because they don’t send you a product, but because they are SHADY AS HELL. I went to the site. Both sites and the VIP option is automatically selected for you. It’s either checked off on JUST FAB or there’s an X in the box on Shoe Dazzle. If you don’t want the VIP SUBSCRIPTION where your first pair is $9.99 then deselect the check mark or the X. That will keep you from getting charged monthly afterwards.
If your first order is only $9.99 +tax or shipping, YOU HAVE NOT DESELECTED Vip, which means you are enrolling in this program. You WILL be charged $39.95 a month until you cancel. Triple check to make sure if you’re ordering shoes first time that you are not signing up for this.
It’s obviously unfortunate that you have to do this, but you have to do this or you will be a victim. From my perspective they have some cute shoes! ! However I still don’t trust them. I’m afraid to give them my account information. I read a lot of negative reviews but millions of women love these sites.

Alright so it’s 5:22 a.m. and I’m up writing a blog about shoes. Why? I was just looking at boots on the JustFab website. Omg I found a cute pair! ! Anyway after doing much research, I’m not ordering no shoes from them. They suck! The reviews made me literally laugh out loud. So the program is supposed to work like this. First pair shoes cost $10.00 and the month after that your credit card is charged $40.00 IF you don’t cancel or skip ordering for that month. This company is a subscription shoe service. You get discounts on shoes by becoming a VIP member. Whether you shop or not you will be charged. Unless you cancel ahead of time. You can only cancel by phone or via chat with a rep. Lol
After several months of ordering cute shoes, I decided that I wanted to cancel my membership. I don’t necessarily think JustFab provides a bad product – the styles are on trend, they ship relatively quickly, and while not always being the best quality, it’s decent for the price.
However, when the time finally came around to cancel my VIP membership (it had been about four months, and I hadn’t used any credits – the money was just going to waste), I found it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel my membership and impossible to get a refund for those unused credits. You can’t cancel your membership online, forcing users to call in or online chat and wait on hold for a while. Then, before finally confirming they will cancel your order, the JustFab representative will ask you multiple times “Are you sure?” – Obviously, why else would I waste my time calling?
THEN I find out that they are unable to refund my unused credits, and they can only be used for a purchase. If this had been made clear to me in the beginning, I wouldn’t have signed up or I would have made sure to skip more months so my money wasn’t wasted. So, now that I have canceled my membership and realized that I still have $160 worth in credits to use, I decide to do one last order to use them up. Lo and behold, when I go to check out, the only way to use those credits is to sign back up for the VIP Membership! A total trap and complete waste of money – and a very frustrating buying process.
I wouldn’t be so irritated if they had made all of those contingencies clear from the moment you sign up – the fact that you can’t get your credits refunded isn’t even in the FAQs on their website! And yes, for those of you reviewers who claim “you should have read the terms & services of the membership more carefully” – I skimmed it like everyone does and didn’t understand half the legal jargon. Key facts about the membership should be listed on the website in clear & concise terminology that everyone can understand without having to Google legal jargon.
So I had to renew my membership to use those credits (I didn’t want my money to go to waste) and I am going to cancel once I receive this order, before they can suck any more money out of me. Absolute scam.
I did the first pair 10$ deal and got signed up for a subscription. I did not realize I was on any auto pay. $200 later I realized what i signed up for. I chalked that up as my mistake and tried to use the credit for shoes. Turned out you can only use one $40 credit at a time. So if a pair of shoes is 23$ and i dont want to buy anything else, that $16 is lost. If I want to buy a pair of shoes that cost $47 I have to pay the $7 difference. Its absurd. Also if there is a promotion I cannot use MY MONEY I ALREADY GAVE THEM for the promotional deal. I have to give them more money to get the sale price. Complete scam.
BEWARE CONSUMERS, BEWARE, nice shoes, yeah, up to date and stylish, yeah,
canceled my account five months later realise that Justfab is still denoting my account, so I call customer service, they say we are so sorry, we will return it, a month later they say oops,again lets take care of that while you are on the phone, a week later, oh we are sure it was returned, we will send a code, a bank approval code. that will only take an hour or so.
go ahead and ask to speak to someone that is manager or above it will not happen, there is an excuse, for everything
Guys I love boots. But this is ridiculous. This company has taken so much money away from folks. It’s a shame that they are still in business. So I’m writing this little blog to warn you. DON’T shop there unless you don’t plan to cancel for some time. Also, use prepaid cards. Don’t give them your bank account information. Only keep what you plan to use in their for that month. If you know you want to cancel. Don’t deposit one cent into that account.
